What is this course about?
For those who employ staff, making sure you not only comply to statutory requirements as an employer but provide a healthy and productive workplace can make a significant difference to your organisational effectiveness. This course provides an overview of your responsibilities as well as identifying ways that you can improve your employment offer.
Policies and procedures are certainly part of it, but so is culture and communication.

Who is the course for?
Trustees and staff responsible for developing the organisation as an employer.
You must already be employing staff, and you should have a basic understanding of employment law.
What else do they need to know?
Any prerequisite skills/experience, info from organisation to bring, use of specific training tools. As this is an intermediate course, you will need to have a basic grasp of employment law. All attendees on the course are bound by confidentiality, so this is a safe space where you can talk about employment issues in confidence.
This course is scheduled to run online, to take part, you will need a laptop with a camera, microphone, and Wi-Fi. You won't need any other software.
