What is this course about?

This online course is about adapting to a new funding landscape which continues to change. We will consider approaches to rethinking your fundraising priorities through reviews and audits.  We'll also explore changes to traditional aspects of fundraising, such as major gifts, legacies, crowdfunding and membership schemes, as well as grants and community fundraising, and how to combine these into a strategy that balances diversity and risk. You will learn how to:
  1. Develop your fundraising strategy to exploit current changes and meet the challenges ahead.
  2. Improve your fundraising mix, know-how and capacity with practical tools and resources.
Our highly practical online course is packed with useful tips, tools and templates to help your organisation respond effectively to a changing fundraising scene.

What else do you need to know?

The trainer, Monique, has over 20 years' experience of fundraising in the VCSE sector. Her business development roles have included national charities through to local grassroots projects. As being a well-established consultant and trainer to charities and social enterprises, she brings hands-on experience in generating income, plus unique sector insights on creative and effective fundraising. Voscur is monitoring the situation with COVID-19, and this course will be running online. We have made this decision in line with local and national health advice, and to safeguard the health of our attendees and staff. To take part, you will need a laptop with a camera, microphone, and Wi-Fi. You won't need any other software.
