What is this session about?

Effective impact measurement is key to the success of your organsiation – it allows you to:  
  • Measure the effectiveness of your programmes,
  • Benchmarking with your peers,
  • Secure key finance,
  • Attracting funders, supporters, clients and volunteers
  During the session participants will understand key steps in the cycle of impact measurement, including how to:  
  • Identify the 5 types of data
  • Review your measurement practices, Map your data
  • Create a data collection plan
  • Choose collection methods

What else do you need to know?

This course is set to run online using Zoom. To take part, you will need a laptop with a camera, microphone, and Wi-Fi. You will not require any additional software, and you don't need a Zoom account or to download the app to take part, but you may wish to do so. You will be emailed an invitation with a link to join the online training the day before the course.
