Marketing and Communications for Social Enterprises (in-person)

Clarify your messaging, and use AI to write better copy, faster.

Date: Thursday 24 October, 2024 - 14:00 to 16:30
Prices: Full members £55.00, Affiliates £77.00, Non members £94.00

This session is being run by Matt Doherty from Bara Studios.

What is this session about?

We’ll teach you some core frameworks to help you clarify your overall messaging, as well as tips for producing new and engaging content for websites, mission statements and social media. We are also going to cover the use of AI (artificial intelligence), and how ChatGPT can supercharge your workflow – increasing the impact of your written work while saving you time. You’ll have opportunities to implement what we’re teaching, so you’ll leave with brand new copy, and experience of using ChatGPT to help you.

What will you learn?

  • Messaging frameworks for your charity or social enterprise
  • Chat GPT basics

Why is this session relevant or important at the moment?

People take action because of the words we use – this is the funamental law of persuasion, selling and calling to action. With poor word choice we can expect lower levels of impact, less engagement and fewer donations. Furthermore, the demand for written content is increasing, and the time available from team members seems to be decreasing. There’s never been a better time to use AI in our processes to increase our speed and effectiveness when it comes to writing.

Who is this session for?
