Maria is a qualified trainer and facilitator with extensive experience of community and organisational development, gained during 25 years working in and with the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector. She has worked for local and national charities and as a freelance consultant.
Maria uses participative and practical methods, designed to get people working together, including accelerated learning, dialogue and open space techniques. Her experience is that people learn best when they enjoy themselves and benefit from input from other members of the group.
Maria has always been an active volunteer in her local community as a trustee of a number of organisations and supporting local community events.
