Megan Evans

Megan is a consultant, facilitator, coach and project manager. She focuses on supporting charities, SMEs and communities to develop the skills, systems and knowledge to help them meet new challenges. Using a solution focused and consensus building approach, she believes her style helps to bring people together to work and deliver the task in hand. As a qualified trainer, she uses a flexible and participative approach and is comfortable training in both the virtual and face to face environments.

Using a range of methods including ToP facilitation methods, Open Space, Liberating Structures and World Café, she facilitates team days, visioning and participatory strategic planning sessions. She delivers a range of training including Virtual Facilitation, Group Facilitation Methods (ICA:UK), Peer Mentoring, Project Management, Mergers and Training the Trainer. She also delivers feasibility studies, supports trustee/board development and project manages charity mergers and dissolution.
