
Monique has over 15 years’ experience of working in the charity and social enterprise sectors. Chartered Institute of Marketing, PRINCE 2 and Chartered Management Institute qualified and an Associate of the Institute of Consulting since 2009, Monique’s consultancy approach is both practical and based on good practice.
With a career background covering the voluntary, private and public sectors, Monique brings a diverse set of skills, expertise and a comprehensive understanding to her work. As a former Community Enterprise Officer in London and a freelance consultant since 2014, she has provided support to a wide variety of organisations operating in London, Wales and the South West. Clients to date include the University of Bath, Children England, Welsh Women’s Aid, Bristol Mind, LGBT Bristol, Black South West Network and Anorexia & Bulimia Care. Client sectors include domestic abuse, mental health, environment, children & young people, community hubs, social enterprise, BAME and LGBT.
Monique's areas of expertise are social enterprise development, social impact reporting, monitoring and evaluation, trading, training, fundraising, sustainability, marketing and communications, service user participation, project management, restructures, strategic planning and review.
Committed to progress and learning, Monique is also a qualified teacher and experienced trainer, facilitator, mentor and coach.
