What is this session about?

Theory of Change is a tried and tested tool for getting, and communicating, clarity about why the approach your organisation takes works. It’s also a great way for your team and other stakeholders to come together to talk about the building blocks of your impact.

What will you learn from this session?

  • What is a Theory of Change?
  • What does it contain?
  • Why is it useful?
  • How to take a step-by-step approach to developing one
  • Involving your team and other stakeholders
  • Using your completed ToC effectively

Why is this session relevant or important now?

Increasingly funders are asking to see a ToC, particularly for larger or more complex projects. Developing one provides a useful tool, and an opportunity for whole-team reflection and learning.
