Trainer: Suzanne Pearson, registered mental health nurse, CBT therapist, mental health trainer

This course will develop your understanding of mental health and wellbeing, the signs and symptoms of common mental health problems, and how to respond to people experiencing poor mental wellbeing. It will also cover communication skills, self-help resources, and sources of support locally and nationally.

Joining instructions will be sent to registered attendees. Our courses are in high demand, so please ensure you are able to attend or cancel in plenty of time so we can offer your place to someone else.
