Alison Belshaw

Alison has worked for many years helping small organisations to find their feet and is determined to help the social enterprise and community business sector to succeed and become financially sustainable. 

Alison is a project manager and trainer with more than 10 years’ experience specifically in establishing, developing and managing social enterprises, predominantly in and around Bristol and Somerset, on top of a further 20 years of community and attitude change campaigning work.

During this time she’s learned how make sense out of chaos and find ways through entrenched problems and issues. She enjoys helping to navigate change with openness, honesty and integrity.

Alison’s a facilitator, trainer and Action Learning Facilitator. She’s also a Fellow of the School for Social Entrepreneurs having completed the Community Business Trade Up Programme in 2018.
